Family First provides transportation from the Old Bus Terminal in Bridgeport to correctional institutions throughout Connecticut. Ride in comfort in fully insured, air-conditioned 12-15 passenger vans. We wait for you while you visit and return you to your FAMILY pick-up point.

Saturdays and Sundays
Pickup at 10:15AM for a 12:30-1:00PM visit

• MacDougall-Walker Correctional Institution
• Northern Correctional Institution $35.00 ROUND TRIP
• Osborn Correctional Institution (Children - Newborn to 12 $25.00)
• Robinson Correctional Institution
• Willard-Cybulski Correctional Institution

You can call 203-339-1267 and leave your name, telephone number, the institution you wish to visit, the date you wish to travel, and the total number of individuals traveling and someone will return your call within 24 hours. Reservations accepted. 15 minutes prior to departure empty seats will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

We are not responsible for personal property that has been lost, stolen or damaged on any of our trips, and also we are not responsible for any denial of visits. It is NOT the responsibility of Family First to know if an inmate has been transferred or if his/her visiting days have been cancelled or changed.
